How To Prepare Gentle Cleanse (Decoction):
- Add 1 Liter of Pure Water to 1 Tablespoon of Gentle Cleanse Formula in a stainless steel or glass pot.
- Allow to sit in room temperature water for 1 hour.
- Bring mixture to a boil gently, then as soon as it boils, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes only.
- Strain and pour the herbal decoction in a thermos or water bottle.
